Visit by Zejtun Corinthians FC

Winners of the Football DOUBLE
On Sunday 13th June 2010 the Zejtun Corinthians President John Bugeja, Coach Alan Mifsud, players and technical staff visited the Beland Band Club. The Beland Committees and members gave a warm welcome to the winners of the 2nd and 3rd Division Championship and Champions of the 3rd Division.

Vice President Julio Pace welcomed the delegation in a short speech on behalf of the Club, congratulating the teams successes, connecting to old anecdotes that showed the Beland Band Club's friendship with Corithians. Mr Pace presented a trophy to commemorate this year's historic results. Mr David Gatt, on behalf of the Partitarji Belandisti presented a picture frame showing the statue of St.Catherine, a role model to all young people. Mr Bugeja thanked the Beland Band Club for the continous support and welcome and presented Mr Pace a commemorative shirt on behalf of the Zejtun Corinthians. A reception followed.
