| Saturday 4th June 2005 - The Statue of St.Catherine arrives back in Zejtun after Restoration. After an absence of 11months, the titular Statue of Zejtun, an 18th Centuray Gilt wood by Andrea Imbroll, arrives back to Zejtun after a restoration intervention by Horace Farrugia of Mdina and son. The Beland Band together with the Zejtun Band Participated in a festive procession from the Bir id-Deheb Church to the Zejtun parish Church, after that the statue arrived from Mdina in the afternoon. |

| Thursday 2nd June 2005 - the Beland Band Club's official opening of the celebrations for 17th Centinary from the Martyrdom of St.Catherine of Alexandria. This consisted in a Symposium about St.Catherine and the Cult in Malta. Participants: Mr Sandro Debono, Rev Gino Gauci, Rev John Curmi and Mr Charles Coleiro. Following the Symposium, Dr Alexander Cachia Zammit and Mro Ray Sciberras unveiled two new Marble Slabs showing the names of the Beland Band Club presidents and Band Masters respectively. |
